Funeral Parlour, Manching

Project Description

New construction of a funeral parlour with rooms for laying out the deceased and a bell tower.

The roof of the funeral parlour has a inclination of appr. 64°. It consists of timber panels with additional rib elements made of glued laminated timber (12/24 cm). On the north side of the building the planking consists of OSB-panels and on the south side the rafters are made by bulkhead timber panel walls. For the lighting control the panels are located in radial directions.


The outer walls and the bell tower are made of prefabricated concrete elements.
