Elly-Heuss-Knapp-Kindergarten with apartments in Leonberg

Project Description

The new three-storey kindergarten has room for 75 children and 6 apartments on the top floor.

The structure of the building is constructed of reinforced concrete, whereby walls and ceilings have partial fair faced concrete requirements.

The roof construction is created with glued laminated timber in visible quality.

Due to the poor subsoil, the foundation is made by ductile cast piles.
