Topping-out Ceremony ESO Headquater

After 10 months of construction period the topping-out ceremony for the new building of the ESO Headquarters in Garching could be celebrated in the presence of general director Tim de Zeeuw and the chief of administration Patrick Geeraert on 29th November 2012.
