Topping-Out Ceremony CSD in Munich

The skeleton of the building with 70.000 m³ volume is completed after approx. 14 months construction work. The finishing works for the laboratories and the building equipment is in progress.
In their speeches the Bavarian Minister of Education Dr. Ludwig Spaenle, the president of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich Prof. Dr. Bernd Huber and the directors of the institute pointed out the high importance of the research institute.
Along with the bavarian and the german flag the polish flag referred to the financial contributions of over 100 million € from the polish donor Zygmunt Solarz-Zak for the construction and operation of the institute.
